Pastor Pete Beck III is the founding pastor of Liberty Church of Burlington (now Life Community Network or LifeNet), which was launched in 1989 as a plant out of Maranatha Church (now Living Way Church) in Greensboro.  He is married to Martha Bilisoly Beck, his high school sweetheart and the person who led him to faith in Christ in 1971. Pete served under his Dad as an elder at Maranatha Church for several years before becoming an associate pastor there and principal of Maranatha Christian Academy. Pastor Pete and Martha have been living in the Burlington area since 1990. They have four children and ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Pete is a pastor, teacher, counselor, and author. He enjoys his family, learning, reading, walking, genealogy, gardening, watercolor painting, and golf. Martha is an avid reader and loves being with her children and grands.
